OSHA 10 & 30 Hour

(Construction & General Industry)

Our OSHA-authorized 10 and 30 Hour Training courses provide essential safety education for workers and supervisors in construction and general industry. The OSHA 10 Hour course is designed for entry-level workers, covering core safety topics like hazard recognition, fall protection, and personal protective equipment. The OSHA 30 Hour course is tailored for supervisors or workers with safety responsibilities, offering in-depth training on compliance, risk prevention, and workplace safety programs. All courses meet federal OSHA requirements and include a DOL card upon successful completion.

First Aid/CPR/AED Certification

Our First Aid and CPR training course equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to respond confidently in emergency situations. This hands-on training covers CPR for adults, children, and infants, use of an AED, and essential first aid topics such as bleeding control, burns, choking, and more. Taught by certified instructors, this course meets OSHA and ECC guidelines and is ideal for workplace safety compliance. Upon successful completion, participants receive a nationally recognized certification valid for two years.

Forklift & Powered Industrial Truck Training

Our OSHA-compliant Forklift Operator Training course is designed to ensure safe and efficient operation of powered industrial trucks. This course covers key topics such as equipment inspection, load handling, stability principles, and workplace safety practices. Both classroom instruction and hands-on evaluation are included to meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 requirements. Upon successful completion, operators receive a certification card valid for three years. Ideal for new and experienced forklift operators in construction, warehousing, and manufacturing environments.

Confined Space Entry

Our Confined Space Entry Training provides workers and supervisors with the knowledge and skills needed to safely enter, work in, and exit permit-required confined spaces. The course covers OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146 standards, hazard identification, atmospheric monitoring, ventilation, entry permitting, rescue planning, and roles of the entrant, attendant, and entry supervisor. This training is ideal for construction, manufacturing, and industrial environments where confined spaces pose serious risks. Participants receive a certificate of completion upon successful training.

Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

Our Lockout/Tagout Training course provides workers with the knowledge required to safely control hazardous energy during the servicing and maintenance of machinery. Aligned with OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.147, this course covers energy isolation procedures, lockout/tagout devices, proper shutdown and startup steps, and the roles and responsibilities of authorized and affected employees. Ideal for manufacturing, maintenance, and industrial settings, this training helps prevent accidental energization and serious injuries. Participants receive a certificate of completion upon successful training.
